Further to our circular No IBMA/INT/176 dated 13 July 2007 on the above subject we are glad to inform members that M/s ORBITZ Leisure & Corporate Travel (India) Pvt Ltd, New Delhi have offered rebate of Rs 3000/- per head for member of IBMA in their Tour Package to visit ANUGA 2007 at Cologne (Germany).

M/s ORBITZ have also offered further concessions in case a Delegation of at least 15 members of IBMA together with manufacturers of Equipment/Ingredients/Packaging etc can be formed to visit ANUGA 2007. Details will be discussed with M/s ORBITZ, based on response.

ANUGA 2007 is one of the most important International Food Products & Technology Exhibition, encompassing all spheres Food Products, including Biscuits/Bakery Products as well as equipment, ingredients, Packaging etc.

Shri Subodh Kant Sahai, Hon’ble Minister of State(Independent Charge), Food Processing industries, Govt of India, is likely to visit ANUGA 2007. Therefore IBMA Delegation can be coordinated with FICCI and the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Govt of India.

Please note that inclusion in the proposed IBMA Delegation to ANUGA 2007 will be on “First-come-First-Serve” basis, on receipt of confirmation in the enclosed Registration Form. Members of IBMA, will be eligible for preference over other segments of the associated industries.

Registration Fee of Rs.20,000/- per head will be payable, along with original Passport etc immediately thereafter for processing Visa, Air-Tickets and other travel schedules arrangements.

Interested Members are requested to intimate IBMA Secretariat in the enclosed Form. Since only short time is available for completion of formalities required for issuance of Visa, Air-Ticketing etc, Members are requested to respond immediately, latest by 15 September 2007 by returning the Registration Form duly filled in together with Photocopies Passport and 4 Passport size Photographs.
